It’s the quality, not the quantity, that keeps me coming back for more. I certainly don’t always agree with what I read in here, but it almost always makes me think, and I really can’t ask for more.

On a darker note, any chance one of our dear readers can give to Chase Utley whatever caused Tom Brady to have additional surgeries?

Yesterday Citibank stock tanked and they may be sold.

What does this do to the golden goose that is CitiField?

From what I’ve read, if they’re sold they will still retain the name so at least for the foreseeable future, it’s not going to change anything.

And really, in a baseball sense, who cares? There’s always another company out there willing to put their name on a stadium. The Mets are not going to be without someone for long if/when Citi goes bye-bye.

    Not true.

Let us say Citi gets bought by Bank of America. I think they are a west coast team.

They would rather buy naming rights to dodger stadium than shea.

Hey i dont care it is not my money, but with the economy in the tank, do they want to shell out whatever millions to have their name on a stadium?

In the end 20 mill a year or whatever is some multiple of 100′s of jobs.
