Given a proper bullpen, I believe Randolph eventually would have been able to win with the Mets. He deserves a second chance.

Not sure why Willie would want to move to Milwaukee but if he is intent on remaking his managerial image, why not. I’m sure he will have more leeway and less scrutiny in Wisconsin than he had at Shea.
I also think that ultimately he wants to return triumphantly to the Yankee, but I’m not sure they want him.
If he’s learned anything (which he didn’t seem to in ’07 and this past year), he might be quite successful there.
He certainly will be less inundated with the press, that’s for sure.
